Skern Lodge 

In 2007 as part of my BSc course, we went to Skern Lodge to take part in outdoor activities for a day and a night.  We were divided into six teams and each team had to solve different problems as a team to earn points for food.  Some teams did not work together well and ended up very hungry!  My team worked well together without any conflict and solved all the challenges that were set.

One challenge was to jump into a river from a bridge.  Many students wouldn't attempt it until I had shown them how.  I jumped into the river despie having a lot of pain in my legs and feeling very tired.  I challenged that if I could do it they could too.
